Rockville Bank's new Administration Building and Branch located at 1645 Ellington Road, South Windsor opened in 2001 to a warm welcome from the Community. The Grand Opening included Rockville Bank employees, senior staff and directors along with town dignitaries who gathered to celebrate with a “money” ribbon cutting, cake and warm hand shakes.Lobby Hours:
