ROCKVILLE, CONN., September 10, 2010 – Karen Dubanoski has been promoted to Assistant Vice President/Deposit Operations Officer at Rockville Bank (Conn.). The announcement was made at the Annual Meeting by William J. McGurk, Rockville Bank President and Chief Executive Officer.

She is responsible for facilitating the functions of the Operations area, which include Cash Management, Wire transfers, EFT, ACH, Item Processing, IRA’s, ATM and Debit Card Processing, Research items, Adjustment Processing and Service of Processing, as well as other deposit-related functions.

Ms. Dubanoski joined Rockville Bank in June of 2009 and has more than 20 years of experience in the Financial Services industry including Bank Operations, Accounting, and Data Processing.

Ms. Dubanoski lives in Vernon, Conn.
