Judy Keppner Clark Promoted To Rockville Bank Assistance Vice President / Corporate Secretary

Judy Keppner Clark has been promoted to Assistant Vice President/Corporate Secretary at Rockville Bank (Conn.). The announcement was made at the Annual Meeting by William J. McGurk, Rockville Bank President and Chief Executive Officer.

Ms. Clark is the liaison between the Bank’s Board of Directors and Senior Management. Her duties include organizing and recording the Board and Committee meetings, creating and editing the Bank’s weekly employee newsletter, and administering donation requests for the Rockville Bank Foundation.

Ms. Clark joined Rockville Bank in August 1996 as a part-time Teller at the Park Street branch in Rockville. She also worked for two years in the Fiscal Department before moving to the Executive Office.

Ms. Clark was the 2002 Salutatorian of the Connecticut Bankers Association’s Connecticut School of Finance & Management. She is actively involved in the Rockville General Hospital Auxiliary.

The resident of Willington, Conn. lives with her husband, Coleman, and her son.
