Lynn Gagné Promoted To Rockville Bank Branch Operations Officer

ROCKVILLE, CONN., October 19, 2010 – Lynn Gagné has been promoted to Branch Operations Officer at Rockville Bank (Conn.). The announcement was made at the Annual Meeting by William J. McGurk, Rockville Bank President and Chief Executive Officer.

Ms. Gagné is responsible for providing Rockville Bank branches with operational and technical support. She also provides information to the Bank’s management team which assists in understanding market trends.

Ms. Gagné joined Rockville Bank in September 1997 while participating in a work study program with Rockville High School as a Future Banker. The Future Banker Program creates a school to business relationship that exposes students to all aspects of banking. This program provided non-college bound students a career in banking during their junior and senior years of high school in hopes of creating a lifelong employee of Rockville Bank.

She has an Associate’s Degree in Business Science and Administration from the New England College of Business and Finance in Boston, Mass. and will complete her Bachelor’s degree in Business Science and Administration this winter. She also completed Connecticut School of Finance and Management in April 2005.

Ms. Gagné lives in Vernon, Conn.
