ROCKVILLE BANK DONATES TRUCK TO HELP CHANNEL 3 KIDS CAMP

Rockville Bank continues its commitment to give back to the community by donating a GMC Sonoma pickup truck to the Channel 3 Kids Camp in Andover, Conn. The truck was used by the Bank for community purposes and delivery of supplies and errands for the past decade.

Having been well-maintained and with less than 50,000 miles on the odometer, the Channel 3 Kids Camp is happy to give the truck a new home. “Rockville Bank has been extremely generous to our camp and this vehicle will help us in so many ways as we provide overnight and day experiences to boys and girls from all over Connecticut,” explains Denise Hornbecker, Executive Director of the Channel 3 Kids Camp. “The Camp will use the truck for transporting a variety of supplies and will help as we do chores around the camp.”

The Channel 3 Kids Camp is a year-round program that provides recreational and educational programs to children, families, and communities throughout Connecticut.
