ROCKVILLE BANK OFFERS ASSISTANCE TO HELP CONSUMERS USE THEIR CONNECTICUT INCOME TAX REFUND DEBIT CARDS

In an effort to reduce costs, the Department of Revenue Services (DRS) has issued debit cards for some income tax refunds that are not designated for direct deposit. The DRS contracted with JPMorgan Chase (Chase) to administer the debit card program. However, there is some confusion about how consumers can access their funds through these cards.
