Beth Czeremcha Promoted to Rockville Bank Assistant Vice President/Training Officer

ROCKVILLE, CONN., August 27, 2010 – Beth Czeremcha has been promoted to Assistant Vice President/Training Officer at Rockville Bank (Conn.). The announcement was made at the Annual Meeting by William J. McGurk, Rockville Bank President and Chief Executive Officer.

Ms. Czeremcha is responsible for the development and management of a wide variety of training programs for employees. This includes orientation training of new employees that deliver Rockville Bank’s Superior Customer Service. She is also responsible for system training, sales training and a variety of customer service programs.

She has more than 15 years of experience in banking, including seven years in retail banking and eight years in the training arena. Before joining Rockville Bank in 2005, Ms. Czeremcha worked at TD Bank as a Retail Training Specialist.

Ms. Czeremcha graduated from the Connecticut School of Finance and Management, holds a Training Certificate from the American Society for Training & Development, and has an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Tunxis Community College.

She lives in New Britain, Conn. with her daughter.
